Tutti frutti is a colorful confectionery containing various chopped and usually candied fruits, or an artificial or natural flavor combined of many different fruits. It is usually made with artificial colors and fruits like watermelon skin or papaya. This cake takes us to our childhood memories.
You can buy it here. It is usually added in deserts, ice creams and cakes. One such cake is Tuttu Frutti cake which stays true to its name.

  • Add 3/4 Cup Curd in a Mixing Bowl
  • Add 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • Add 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Add 1 TSP Vanilla Essense
  • Stir Well
  • Add 1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
  • Add 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • Dry Ingredients
  • Add 1/4 TSP Baking Soda
  • Sieve it Well
  • Mix everything well
  • Add 1/2 cup Milk/Water
  • Stir well to Pouring Consistency
  • Add Tutti Frutii and Mix well
  • Grease the baking Tray with some Oil/Butter
  • Pour the Cake Batter and Pat it Twice
  • Top it up with some more Tutti Frutti
  • Bake it in the Oven for 350 Degree F for 20-25 mins
  • Prick a tooth pick and check if well baked
