Dry Manchurian is a crispy starter snack of fried veg balls tossed in the spicy, sweet, tangy sauce. It is a well deserved popular starter which make your mouth water and makes you fall in love with it at first sight.
Veggie Balls are made with very basic ingredients like cabbage being the main ingredient and can be combined with carrots, beans(optional) tossed with salt and pepper and some ginger garlic paste. Sauce adds flavor to it.
Also Chings Manchurian Masala adds extra flavor to it buts its optional.
This was my all time favorite dish in Chinese cuisine so I always kept trying this till I got perfection, and this is it! Try this recipe it tastes heavenly.

Notes
Tips:
1)Along with Cabbage and carrots, you can also add finely chopped french beans and Capsicum
2)If you don't want to deep fry it You can air fry or stir fry the veg balls
3)For the Sauce you can whichever red sauce you want, Tomato ketchup, Red chilly
4)Instead of sugar you can add Honey
5)Instead of manchurian masala you make add 1 tbsp corn flour with 1 cup water
